About Lei

With the childhood nickname "Mother Hen", I have always been inclined to nurture. My journey started with sitting for all of my younger family members during holidays and date nights. My family taught me how to care for infants, toddlers, and children ages 5-12. After getting older, I became a self-employed babysitter. For 3 years, I cared for children aged 0-10, including children with disabilities, and provided housekeeping and pet care. I moved on to do full time work, but continued to work with children. I volunteered for opportunities like working with preschoolers doing therapeutic art. I was also an intern at a special needs school, and did in-classroom work with children K-8. I still have the pictures they drew for me. Overall, I have 5 years of experience, references for my time, and am certified in CPR/First-aid.
