About Lauver

Hi! Nice to meet you! My first name is Lauver but I go by Ellie! I am 21 and currently a dance major at Muhlenberg College! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, empathetic, and creative! I like working with kids because they have such a unique view of the world. I love empowering and caring for kids in a way that allows them to be themselves. I'm looking for jobs over the summer during May, June, and July. Whether it's long days, overnights, or driving to and from I am up for anything! My first official job caring for kids was when I was 15 and I worked as the Assistant Drama Counselor at Friend's Central Summer Camp. For the past 3 summers I have worked at a sleepaway camp called Camp Dark Waters at a counselor for 2, and this past summer as the Program Director. I am extremely adaptable and I work very well with quickly changing environment and improvisational situations. I like to make up games with the children I babysit and find new and creative ways to entertain them!
