She does not read profiles before she responds to them. Profile does not coincide with her skill set. She claims to have 20 years experience as a CNA, including hospice patient care, dementia care etc yet proclaims she does not know how to use a hoyer lift. As I understand it CNA certification includes learning how to use a hoyer lift. And for those who have used one know it's one of the simplest pieces of equipment to use.
