About Lauren

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I am passionate about supporting families and fostering children's growth. With a decade of experience, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and am equipped with First Aid Training, CPR Training, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and Early Child Development Coursework. My patient, creative, and friendly demeanor allows me to connect with children easily and create a safe and stimulating environment. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to ensure their child's needs are met. While comfortable enforcing household rules, I always follow the parents' lead. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities with children. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I hold a graduate degree and am fluent in both English and Spanish. As a non-smoker, I maintain a healthy environment for the children in my care.
