36-year-old professional in Somerville. Laid off from my corporate gig in the spring, taking a bit of a pivot and gotten back into childcare. In my previous life I considered myself an Operations guru, but currently enjoying the title of kid entertainer/wrangler/friend. Started as a mother's helper at 10, babysat all through high school, and nannied during college. Continued to babysit on and off depending on the demands of my full time job. I've always loved children and prefer the contrast of babysitting over freelancing in my free time. Most recent review
Lauren took care of my two young, energetic sons early morning and after school, including dropoff and pickup. She bonded so easily with the boys and managed their playtime very well, ensuring they had fun safely. Both enjoyed their time with Lauren and ask about her often.
