About Lauren

I am passionate about caring for children and their families! I have been working with children for 5 years, and prior to that, I volunteered with children for 3 years. I have worked as a camp counselor, babysitter, , and a summer paraprofessional. I have experience with children with various disabilities, and I strive to be a fun, supportive, safe role model for kids. I value empathy, communication, resilience, and a healthy work ethic. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's in Counseling, and I just graduated with a B. A. in Psychology. My goal is to one day counsel children, but for now, I would love to help families however I can. Currently, I am seeking one-time or part-time jobs in childcare or pet care. I am taking a class to become CPR-certified. I am free all day Monday-Wednesday, and I sometimes have free weekends. I would prefer summer-only jobs, since I will be busier in the fall. Let me know if you think that I would be a good fit for the job!
