About Lauren

I'm a natural-born caregiver with a COLLEGE DEGREE and three years of childcare experience. My passion for fostering children's growth and development led me to this field, and I find great joy in making a positive impact on their lives. I've worked with children aged 1 to 3, and I'm comfortable taking care of two children at a time. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, creative, and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents, and I provide daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup, or through the parents' preferred communication method. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in my care. I'm a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
