About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, intelligent and energetic. I like working with kids because I am a natural caregiver that loves to teach. Learning g and understanding each child's unique personality helps motivate them to achieve their goals and dreams. I started working with kids when I was 12 and started babysitting! From their I began working part time at my local Town Recreation Center as an Art Teacher, then advanced to Director of Art for weekend classes and summer day camp. I later earned my BA in Psychology and Elementary Teacher Certification. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, read, take care of my pets, volunteer for my children's school PTO and at the local animal shelters.
