About Laura

Hello! My name is Laura and I'm a Teacher's Aide at an Elementary school in York. I have previously worked at a Montessori school as well as a Waldorf School. I have also had summer jobs at parks and farms working with children. However, the majority of my last 10 years has been working as a personal nanny for several families. I typically care for the children full time and have watched anywhere from one to four children at a time ranging in ages from birth to 7 years old. Some of my duties have included play, nap times, meal prep and feeding, transporting to school and activities, crafting, outside play, light clean up of toys, dishes, etc. I have even travelled with families on business trips/vacations to assist with their children. I enjoy caring for multiple age groups and especially enjoy outside time and crafting. I currently am looking for summer hours while school is out. I am very capable of providing a safe, happy, healthy environment for children!
