Ximena is without a doubt the best person to care for your child. She worked with us from the time my son was 4months-15 months and we would have kept her forever if it was possible. Every morning she showed up (usually 10 min early) not only was my son happy to see her but so were my husband & I (even our dog who doesn't like anyone!)
