About Laura

Hi! My name is Laura and I'm a childcare professional based in Bellevue, TN. I have experience caring for children ages 4 months to 10-years-old as a teacher, babysitter, and nanny for the past nine years in the Nashville and Murfreesboro areas. I also have two years of experience as a caretaker for disabled teens and adults (primary experience being with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, and Trisomy 18). I'm very passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of those I care for and have had extensive training (and experience implementing said training) in childhood development throughout my career with a particular focus on infants, toddlers, preschool-age children, and pre-kindergarten-age children. I pride myself in my ability to adapt to a family's needs as much as possible to assure a good environment for parents/guardians and their children. I also love planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for kids of all ages!
