12 years of experience! I am optimistic, friendly, fun, caring, creative, quick on my feet, even-tempered, and respectful. I have always loved teaching and playing with kids on a one-on-one basis. I enjoy coming up with new games and activities, especially those that are creative or educational, or that encourage positive social relationships, and I pride myself in being very actively engaged with the children. I believe that children should be respected as human beings, understood and appreciated based on their developmental stage and individual personality, and allowed to create and learn on their own with guidance only when needed. I believe in explaining the reasons for rules and enforcing them strictly but kindly. Finally, I believe children should be loved most of all.
