About Laura

Hello! I'm Laura, and I'm offering varied 1-on-1 online music lessons and tutoring from via online! I'm currently a rising junior at Berklee College of Music majoring in Film Scoring with a minor in conducting. I've been playing viola for 11 years and traditional Chinese instruments (zhongruan and liuqin) for 13 years, and am on the Dean's List at Berklee. Since 2017, I've worked as a teacher's assistant for Music From China, a non-profit organization, teaching traditional Chinese instruments and traditional Chinese musical notation, jianpu, at varying levels. I'm extremely flexible and would love to teach you all! If your child is interested in AP Music theory, music school, or just love music as a hobby, this is a great way to get ahead!
