Laura has worked for us for over two years . She has taken care of our daughter since a few months of age until now. I cannot express how wonderful she is with our daughter and also with us . She is very thoughtful and caring in every way , she goes beyond the distance to take care of her every need . She is very attentive to details to the point that she notices thinks before I go at times, such as if my daughter is not feeling well. Due to a new job our family had to relocate from Jersey City to Philadelphia . She went above and beyond and made a huge sacrifice to stay with us and to continue taking care of our daughter, even though the commute was not a convenient thing. She still managed to stay with us . The only word I can describe for her is wonderful and whatever family hires her is lucky to have her in their lives . I truly hope she still is able to stay working for us for many more years to come , as she has truly become family
