Hi there. My name is Lashanta . I have previous experiences working with toddlers ranging in ages 2-6 yrs old. I also have experience teaching and creating daily activities for children that have been placed on the Autism spectrum and I enjoyed every minute my kiddos had to offer. I also have experience with Americorps; CityYear, teaching at risk middle school students concentrating in English/Reading & Writing, while conducting after school programs. I feel that my experiences have taught me a variety or skillsets that are very beneficial in any aspect of life. I love being around children, teaching them, empowering them, and motivating them to be and do anything they eat their minds too. I believe in the power of young people and understanding that we are the giants they stand on. Being able to teach, have fun and care for a child brings much joy.
