About Lasha

I have several years of hands-on experience as a nanny, working with families of various sizes and children ranging from 3 months to 9 years old. I've cared for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, adapting to each developmental stage with patience and creativity. Most recently, I worked as an au pair in China, where I taught English and cared for a young boy, combining childcare with cultural exchange and early education. My typical duties have included school pickup and drop-off, meal prep, children's laundry, light housekeeping, arts and crafts, educational tutoring, and creating fun, structured routines. I'm passionate about providing a safe, loving environment where children feel supported to learn, grow, and be themselves.
