My hubby and I were both a nervous wreck with me returning back to work after 14 months of working remotely, him continuing to work remotely, and our three year old son on the waiting list to get back into Montessori school. Laroyal messaged us after seeing our listing for a nanny. Immediately after interviewing with Laroyal, we knew she was the perfect fit for our family. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was during the five weeks she was with us. She was very punctual and had a wonderful attitude everyday. She made learning fun for our son with having a daily lesson plan/activity ready each day. The days my eight year old daughter did not participate in camp, she was super happy to spend the day with Miss Laroyal! From potty training, reward charts, field trips, cooking/baking, coloring, lesson plans, outdoor adventures, swimming, reading, etc. Laroyal was the absolute best. Laroyal now babysits for us when needed. Laroyal is truly forever a part of our family.
