About Larissa

My name is Larissa and I am 25 years old. I have over 7 years of professional experience. I am originally from Brazil. I have my teaching degree in Brazil and worked there as a teacher prior to move to United States. I was an au pair I worked for a family with 5 kids, ages 8 months - 15yo. My responsibilities as an in-home care provider have included overall care of the children, ensure the safety of the children while in my care, preparing meals, bottles, changing diapers, following routines and schedules, helping with homework, engaging the children in fun and educational activities, ensuring the children were meeting their developmental milestones, communicating with parents, staying with the children overnight while the parents traveled, and more! I also have experience caring for children with special needs including Autism, Down Syndrome and ADHD. I am bilingual in Portuguese and English. I am Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified.
