I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic, caring I like working with kids because kids are fun! I have two kids who are 11 and 14, I've loved every stage we have been through. Kids are naturally drawn to me and I enjoy spending time with them. I enjoy watching children, I'm fine with making snacks, meals, etc. I'm fine with working a regular schedule, or as needed. I started working with kids when I was 11. I babysat for a neighborhood family regularly and I loved it. I am married, have two children, and received an upper graduate degree. In my spare time, I paddle board. We have two small dogs we enjoy walking. I love cooking, but usually my results are not spectacular. One thing you should know about me is I am a responsible and I love being silly with kids! Kids are naturally drawn to me and I am able to work with any type of child. My skills include structured, fun playtime; sticking to a parents routine; and truly trying to care for your child and understand them.

Lani did a phone interview and then followed up with an in person interview. She met my daughter, verbally accepted the position and agreed to start right away. She was a complete no show with zero communication. She left me in a terrible position. I had turned down 3 other candidates because I thought she was a better fit. Absolutely unbelievable that she couldn't text, call or email to say she's no longer interested. Deplorable communication and behavior. Don't waste your time interviewing her.
