We had Joy as our nanny for about a year for our 4 and 1 year old girls and had our circumstances not changed we would absolutely still have her!! Joy is punctual and reliable! Our girls love her and were always happy to see her! She taught our oldest her shapes numbers and even how to write her name! She would call her teacher and would be so excited to have "school" when Miss Joy would come! She is certainly a trustworthy person with good values and a level head on her shoulders! We give her 5 stars!!!!
