As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a decade of experience, I have truly enjoyed supporting families and fostering the growth and development of children. My passion for childcare stems from my long standing belief that all children deserve a safe, creative childhood and my unwavering belief in the importance of providing a reliable and safe environment for children to thrive within. With a patient, calm, and imaginative personality, I am great at creating engaging activities that stimulate children's minds and encourage their creativity. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. My approach to enforcing household rules is firm yet nurturing, as I believe in fostering a structured environment that promotes good behavior and safety. I hold a Bachelors in English from Oregon State University and am currently training to be a Masters Level Ballroom Dancer.
