Very disrespectful, thought it would be a good fit did not work out at all . In the interview she seemed very nice but when we tried it out she tried to make her own schedule and tell me how much to pay her , when we already had agreed on a pay rate hourly and for when she watched my child. Makes me never want a young nanny again .
