We hired Kylie to watch our son 3 days per week. After calling out multiple days in the first two weeks, she did not show up at all third week - with no notice nor communication. We followed up with her multiple times and received no response, and still have never heard back from her. We were very disappointed by her lack of professionalism and communication.
