She agree to work a specific schedule when I hired her, but less than a week later she told me she could only work one of the three scheduled days. She would cancel only hours before she was scheduled to be here. On more than one occasion she called me a short time after I left and said she needed to leave early or immediately for various reasons. You cannot depend on her, and I wasn't confident in the level of care she was providing for my children.
