Kylee is truly amazing! She started taking care of our son when he was 5 months at the height of his separation anxiety. Kylee was so patient and determined to win him over - and she eventually did. There were hard days but Kylee stuck with us even on days I gave her an out to go home early. She is extremely dependable, she always let us know way ahead of time when she will be unavailable to work. She is trustworthy, and kind hearted. I always felt at ease when she was taking care of our son because she took the initiative to send pictures and videos and give us constant updates. As a first time mom I really appreciated it. She taught my son how to say bye, how to give high five, how to say some words - constantly read to him, played with him and engaged him. Our contract with Kylee was supposed to be short term until our son went to daycare but we decided to extend it out to part time because we love how she takes care of our son and could see how well he developed under her care.
