I started by babysitting, then volunteered at a daycare center in high school, got a paid position, and then ran a summer program at a nonprofit agency. Kwanzaa was incredible with our now 10-month-old son, he absolutely adores her and we do too! She is very patient and even pays attention to developmental milestones creating activities based around this, which was unexpected and welcome. She was with us through the first introduction of solids and was super patient during feeding times. She feels like part of our family and even has watched our dog. Kwanzaa exceeded all expectations when looking for someone to care for my son. We will miss her so much when we move but anyone wondering if you should hire her should look no further, you will not be disappointed.
