I am excellent with all ages and I have comfort and ease handling any management situation or learning style. I have worked with Cystic Fibrosis, PTSD, Op-positional Defiant disorder, Autism, Dyslexia & other differences. I enjoy one-on-one attention, adventures outdoors, creative expression, play & seeing children develop in their natural home environment. I come with a registered 12 lb. hypoallergenic medical service dog, Zeb, who delights in small children, babies and is professionally trained, quiet and calm.(available for travel) Aside from nanny roles and household management, I meet needs for online learning, home-school, Montessori & alternative curriculums. Kristin interviewed for our nanny position and we corresponded several times, including an hour long interview. She clearly has extensive experience with children of all ages. I loved hearing about her experiences working with children with ADHD, autism and oppositional defiance. Clearly, our toddler with his meltdowns and big feelings would have been no problem for her. Not only that- Kristin loved hearing about our parenting struggles and was excited to partner and problem solve with us. Although we ended up not hiring her due to our preference for a 1 year commitment, I would have hired her for a medium or shorter term position. I highly recommend her to any parents needing support around behavioral challenges or academic struggles.
