Responsible, employed, caring, and fun! I started babysitting (3 mo. & up) at 14 when my younger sister was born--huge age gap, huge responsibility! At 19, I started babysitting/nannying on care. com outside of school then my full time job and continued through the pandemic. I've provided weekend nannying for < 1 yrs, recurring weekday daycare pick ups + evening/overnight care for elementary-aged children, and one-off sitting for a range of ages.
