About Kristina

I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for 26 years and I love helping folks with mobility and physical activity that they enjoy. I like to incorporate what my clients love doing, into the mobility sessions. This may include going to the mall, taking in nature at a park, walking around the neighborhood, or even marching or dancing to music in the home. Movement is key. I am also passionate about fall prevention with balance training and safe walking with assistive devices as needed. My mission is to keep you or your loved one functionally independent at home. I can assist you with home exercises for strengthening, endurance, and balance, as well as make home modification recommendations for safety, if you desire. I also consistently monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation. Whether it's injury, pain, deconditioning, weakness, dementia, lung disease, Parkinson's, or just plain fear, I can help you get back on your feet with confidence.
