About Kristen

As a caregiver with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I am a veteran and work as the Director of Christian Education at a local church. My patient and creative nature allows me to connect with children on their level, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring everyone is on the same page. With college credits in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, I am well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise. I have experience working with special needs children, and I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for multiple children at a time. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. In addition to my childcare experience, I cook, meal prep, assist with light housekeeping, provide transportation, and swimming supervision.
