Hello, my name is Kirsten. I'm currently enrolled at STLCC getting my associates in general education I graduate in the fall of 2025. I have three dogs and a cat. My experience started when I was a young child which wasn't long ago. I grew up in the foster system and always had younger "siblings" to look after. At the age of 16 I started volunteering at a childcare center. Once I turned 18 I started working there full-time but I didn't always agree how they did things in the preschool. I started to nanny and absolutely loved it! I love the connection I get to build with the kids and family. I have been a nanny to three families now and have really enjoyed it. I have experience with all age from newborn to 16 years old. I have my CPR and First Aid certification, my infant safe sleep certification, and water-safety certification. From my unpaid experience to paid I have 15 years of experience with glowing recommendations.

I hired Kirsten as lead toddler teacher at Cadence Academy Preschool. Kirsten was an excellent toddler teacher but equally excellent with children of all ages- infant- prek. Kirsten fosters a child’s independence, social skills, speech/language, and learning. She was highly proficient at lesson planning and always conducted activities that were fun and educational. Kirsten is highly professional and was always on time. I would hire Kirsten to be the nanny for my baby girl in a heartbeat if I needed one.
