About Kira

I have 7 years of experience at both the middle and high school level, and have worked closely with honor students, Special Education students, as well as English Language Learners. I am great with kids of all ages! I was on the district Curriculum Development Team, working to make curriculum for all the high schools in the district. I have experience with distance learning both as a tutor, as well as as a teacher in the classroom. This past semester I taught a pod of six 7th graders. I helped them with their school curriculum, as well as designed individualized curriculum for the girls to add depth and fill in gaps caused by distance learning. I graduated from UCI with a degree in English. I also obtained my teaching credential from UCI . I am currently working on my master's degree in Theology. I ran track in college at UCI and have coached track for the past four years.
