I have worked with seniors, children and adults with disabilities and had emotional and/or behavioral issues. I am skilled in many areas concerning health & medical problems. I taught life skills training. Safety skills were utilized frequently. I assisted in counseling, advocating, group facilitating and worked with caseworkers. I was able to coordinate fun activities outdoors and indoors that helped clients with anxiety and stress. I love to see a child or an adult smile and knowing that I make some comfort or progress in their lives. I enjoy helping people that need that extra care in life. In doing so, I get to be a part of someone specials life for awhile that needs me and couldn't think of a better job than that!. To me caring for others in need is self-rewarding work that is never ending!

Kim helped care for my Dad with Alzheimer's until we had to place him in a home. She was wonderful with him and he liked her very much. My mom is quite difficult sometimes and Kim never let that bother her. She was patient, dependable, and sweet. Mom will definitely use her again - after her surgery.
