Avoid Kim. Hired Kim and we were going to have an orientation day and that morning she canceled at 6 AM. Gave her the benefit of the doubt because everybody has things come up so we rescheduled and she was no-show, no call, no text the second time. She said she was looking forward to the position. Kim seems to not have her life together and she’s an older nanny so that’s a huge red flag. I have hired 20 year olds more reliable. I’d try someone else if you want someone dependable.
