I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, understanding I like caring for people with special needs because I love helping people. I understand how hard it is needing help for love ones and finding someone willing to treat family like family. I took interest in caregiving when my own family member was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I know how hard it was finding help and also having a job to maintain. I'm looking for a job that has a great family with flexible day hours.
