About Kierra

Hello, my name is Kierra! I have been running my small art business full-time for the past four years, and am currently seeking a part time nannying or babysitting job to supplement my income & be able to work with children again! I have a bachelor's degree in Art - with an interest in becoming an art teacher or art therapist - and have a plethora of experience working with children. I started babysitting about nine years ago, and have worked most recently as a preschool teacher, part time nanny, lead art instructor for an aftercare, & a summer camp counselor. Prior to that, I worked as a volunteer, counselor, & teacher at multiple summer camps for over seven years. I have also had two teaching-related internships. Having grown up with two younger sisters, one of whom is eight years younger than me, I have always played a role of caretaker and I love spending time with kids and animals, & spending time making art with kids and being out in nature.
