I hired Kiara for a simple pick up and drop off situation... I know it was for a very minimal time a day but I explained to her that I would be increasing the time slot in the near future. She was to begin working on Monday and decides to text NOT call me to let me know that she had a better offer ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE...leaving me and my son with no sitter especially after I had already coordinated everything with the school and I had verified her paperwork. Her references were not all great but she seemed like a sweet girl whom I decided to give the benefit of the doubt which I truly regret.
