About Khamiron

Hello! My name is Khamiron, I usually go by Kham. I am a Neonatal Nurse, serving in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Duke University Hospital. I really enjoy working with infants and children of all ages. I have worked as a babysitter with Platinum Sitters for 2 years now, which has allowed me gain experience in delivery of family-centered care and in-turn grow my passion as a caretaker of infants & children. I enjoy watching them develop in their own way, along with engaging in fun age appropriate activities. My friendly, creative personality allows me to get along with children very well and allow them to feel comfortable. I do not mind cleaning, doing light chores around the house and preparing/serving snacks and meals. If needed, I can provide safe transportation. Professionally, I am compassionate & hard-worker, I have developed effective communication well skills, and I have the desire to learn, and steadily improve as a caregiver of children and their families.
