About Kerri

Hello! I am a caring and focused educator that values learning and humor! I love what I do and find great satisfaction in seeing student achievement and growth. I have been a teacher for 11 years and currently teach full-time in a middle school. I have tutored and/or taught students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in reading, writing, math, science, social studies, test prep, and organization. I have a masters degree in teaching and have endorsements in K-8 education and educational leadership. I am willing to tutor in-person in an outdoor public place such as a park table or coffee shop, in-home once we get to know each other, or online. Whether it be help with a specific concept or understanding/completing school assignments, I'm there for you! I'm currently a teacher in the evergreen school district, so I have already had background checks. If hired, I can provide proof of my employment in lieu of purchasing a background check on care. com
