Kenna started out great, but then began showing up late, we allowed her to make up any time that was needed when we could possible weekends or staying longer but when we didn't need her she was wanting to get paid when we didn't use her services due to being sick or simply being able to work from home she stated she wasn't fit with the schedule but a few times she was unable to show up (last minute), a few times while we were home we would still have her come so she could make up her time. When her car needed to be "fixed" for 2 months she didn't communicate with us on when or if she was returning to watch our pets WE had to reach out. My husband was questioned on why he was calling her, when he was calling to see if she was showing up due to her being late, she would show up late but would be on time when leaving.
