About Kendy

Caring for children is a passion of mine and something I have simply always loved doing. I am the oldest of 4 kids, so I've really been babysitting since I was about 13 years old. I have volunteered at my church for the past 12 years (AWANA, Sunday School, VBS) watching/teaching kids from nursery ages up to 5th grade. All through high school, I worked as a Teacher's Aide in a pre-school class. For half the summer before I started college, I worked at Frontier Camp as a Lifeguard and an Activity Leader for swimming. At the end of the summer after my Freshman year, I worked as a part-time Nanny for a family with two kids. And since September of 2016, I have worked as a personal tutor for a student in elementary school.
