My experience lies mainly with ages up to 15/16, though I have worked with young adults and geriatrics as well as a CNA as a young adult. Most of my experience came from hands-on opportunities working with special needs children as a sitter as a young teen and continuously as an adult. Myself and my two boys were dealing with the worst time in our lives when Kelsey arrived. It was draining, painful and difficult. Through it Kelsey stayed. She did everything possible to try to help us during our time of need even though I know it had to be draining on her as well at times. I can't say enough good about this woman. She took care of me and my boys when we desperately needed someone. I could've never asked for a better nanny!
