The reason I am wanting to help those with special needs is because I have an 18-year-old sister who has Autism. I have been taking care of my sister for the last 18 years of my life. I am very familiar with the extra care it takes in taking to the individual. Feeding can be challenging, along with extra hands around the house, cleaning up after them, or the usual handling. There is not a "special" job that I can not do!
