Kelsey is an incredibly hard and caring worker. As a childcare provider, she is patient, loving, creative and gives lots of positive encouragement. As an elder care provider she is thorough, a great communicator and task oriented. In all positions she is flexible, always finds more to do during downtime and goes above and beyond. She is 100% reliable and always on time. I would highly recommend her for any and all positions.
