About Kelly Marie

I am honest, dependable, hardworking, and creative. I am a Christian and use principles that teach value, identity, and worth. In my spare time, I like to garden, play with my dog and cats, and do crafts and woodworking. I like working with kids because they are a joy to be around. They have a simple and carefree outlook on life and are always learning. I enjoy creating opportunities for them to flourish. It takes a village to raise children. It takes open communication and cooperation between parents and caregivers in the care of their children. Children have many different learning styles and behaviors and it's important to meet them where they are and provide opportunities for learning. In high school and college, I've babysat and worked in Awana. After college, I was a preschool teacher for about two years before changing careers. I also worked with my church's youth group for several years. Most recently, I've nannied/tutored two school age girls.
