Completed CNA course March of 2016! CPR Certified Skilled compassionate caregiver with experience in dementia care. My passion and true desire to help others is what creates exceptional care for your loved one. I have always had the desire to help others both in the work place and through volunteering. My goal is always to show respect and dignity while assisting with activities of daily living and personal hygiene. Responsibilities: bathing, companionship, doctor appointments, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and planning outings. My detail ability and strong sense of awareness have allowed me to effectively lead and mentor 5 associates since 2016. Responsibilities: creating a care plan, scheduling, payroll, training.
