About Kelly
As a certified ELA teacher, I have many years of tutoring experience. I work at an independent school and work with many students with ADHD, ADD, dyslexia and executive functioning issues. On average, I work about 5 periods a week, one-on-one with students to provide additional support in these areas. I have experience tutoring kids ages 6-15. My strengths as a tutor range from my literacy strategies and skills, to my creative and energetic approaches to making learning fun and interesting. I am an avid reader and encourage my students/clients to read and enjoy reading with them, while working on additional strategies. I am an A+ organizer!
