Keanna is a nice person. She was great when she started. Had good communication, was on time, engaged well with the kids. She has had a second job at a restaurant from the start which wasn't an issue. The last month she started to be late and communicate way less. We tried to work our schedules better so she wasn't working until 2am at the restaurant and then trying to come to watch our kiddos in the morning. Today she was supposed to be here at 8am but never showed. Finally texted me at 3pm to say she just woke up and was sorry as she was called in to work last night. I'm disappointed this is how our relationship ended
