Unreliable. I hired Kaylie for a part time summer nanny position. She watched my children for two days and we all really liked her. On day 3, an off day, she quit without notice via text message, leaving us without care for the next day. Her reason for quitting was headaches. However, i believe she was offered a different position. Weeks before she started I provided a detailed schedule when care was needed. Expectation was clear: she accepted and then neglected to fulfill her commitment.
