About Kayleigh

Hi! My name is Kayleigh. I am 19 years old and a senior a freshman at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. I have about 3 years of child development experience from working at the Rogers Boys & Girls Club and private nannying. I have won the Above & Beyond Award 2 years in a row and favorite staff once, and I have won the title of '23 and '24 Arkansas State Youth Of the Year and still currently the 2024 Southwest Regional Youth Of the Year for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. I would consider myself kind, honest, trustworthy, quick on my feet, and a great communicator. I love working with kids and doing things such as arts and crafts, playing outside, and so much more. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with running errands if need be!
